From the beginning phone call, service was outstanding and extremely helpful, me and my family were in dire straits, as our two year old unit was not functioning properly, a technician was dispatched on time as stated from the earlier phone call, the technician also called upon arrival and quickly assessed the issue, and worked diligently to correct the issue, he fought mosquitos, the dark and the heat so that me and my family could enjoy a nice cool home, he never complained or missed a beat, fantastic personality and an excellent work ethic, truly an amazing experience for me and my family compared to the last company that actually installed the unit, i should have used perfect service company the first time, and all would have been well as it is now, thank you so much for your kind knowledgeable staff, and technicians that really know how to handle problems and are trained properly to complete repairs in one visit, a true joy to experience.
