They were very professional they just came to do a regular service but found black mold spores growing inside of my unit. Talked to me about the action that needed to take place to remove all of the mold so it would be completely gone.. I have breathing issues already COPD & Asthma this was a no brained for me it had to be done ASAP they made arrangements for that same day. I was very satisfied with the service and all of the employees were professional. The total experience was great. I have told lots of other people about my experience. They always installed a dehumidifier for me that day . It’s amazing how much better the air quality is in my house.
