The service representative was very good at explaining the problems with our old unit, and helpful in helping us decide on a replacement. He did not try to sell us, he just explained types of units and pricing available. He was extremely knowledgeable about various brands and the pros and cons of these brands. He was also very patient with all the people asking for information and offering advice. We have very concerned family and friends making sure we make good decisions He never lost his sense of humor.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. We called Perfect Star and they had a technician at the house by 12:30 with the air conditioner diagnosed and up and running within the hour. It was really appreciated since today is going to be 106 degrees. Our technician, Ray, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He also gave me some tips to keep the AC running efficiently. I also appreciate companies that wear booties over their shoes in the house. I highly recommend Perfect Star. Thanks Ray!

We called at 10:30am - repair guy showed up by 2 and we are back up and running by 3. We signed up for their maintenance package which is a good idea when your home is in the country surrounded by new construction. Field mice chewed through our AC wiring. Great service fair pricing and happy customer!
