I came out to remove old equipment and do a full install. I installed a Five Star 13 SEER, 3 Ton Air Conditioner and a Five Star 96% 60k BTU Up-Flow Gas Furnace
Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found the system out of charge spoke with service manager about call please see notes. No charge for call.

Called to see why furnace not properly functioning. Found code for high pressure switch code, while checking drain noticed green vac tube not connected. Reconnected and system properly functioning upon departure.

I completed a callback service. I Found drain line leaking, sloped and cut out bad joints, found gas pressures at 1.4 and 5.4 set pressures for 5.0 and 9.5 couldn’t go higher than 9.5 regulator needs turned up, system operating as intended upon departure.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace. I pulled and cleaned the flame sensor and found no issues. The furnace was operational and heating when I left.
