Diagnostic Performed Adjusted Condensate Drain On Carrier Gas Furnace To Keep Furnace Running At Highest Performance For The Winter Season
One of our talented technicians went to the customer's home to complete work on a brand new Carrier 96.5% Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000BTU). Confirmed that the system is working within manufacturer specifications.
Performed tuneups on two Bryant furnaces in the home. Both systems are operating within manufacturer's specifications and are operating properly.
Replaced inducer motor and pressure switch on Luxaire furnace. Cycled system on. Furnace starts up correctly. Furnace is working properly at this time and is ready to heat this winter season.
Diagnostic service performed on the BRYANT Gas Furnace unit. Confirmed that the system is working within manufacturer specifications. Pictured is the customer's BRYANT Gas Furnace Unit.
Customer stated he heard motor making loud noise and furnace would not turn on. Found system turned off on open limit code. Pressure switch is freed up. Removed and cleaned trap. No water build up. Inducer over amping. Nothing stuck in exhaust or intake pipes. Recommend replacing inducer motor and pressure switches. Tech would need to replace these parts in order to finish diagnosing the furnace.
