Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found a water leak due to a blocked condensate line. I cleaned out the condensate line and wash coil. The system is operational upon departure.
I came out on a service call. I noticed capacitor was bad and replaced! System working operational on departure!
Performed diagnostic on a 10yr old Air Conditioning Unit that would not turn on. "No-Cool". Found dirty furnace filter, Blower wheel & outdoor condenser coil has heavy debris build up, & A/C capacitor is out of manufactured range. Provided customer with a quote for repair.
I did a tune up on a Gas Furnace and an Air Conditioner. Both systems were operating withing manufactured specs.
Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of a Five Star 14 SEER, 3.5 Ton Heat Pump; Five Star 3.5 Ton Multi-Speed Air Handler. The system is operational upon departure.
I went out to preform a diagnostic and unfortunately found the gas line shut off. Customer will reach out to gas company to turn it back on and will reach back out to me.

I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement heating tune up on a Carrier gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.
