Upon arrival I replaced blower motor and capacitor. Had to remove flu le to access. After replacement sent call for cooling. New motor pulling 3.5A delta T at 21.8 degrees. System operational upon departure
I completed a tune up on a York air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. I replaced blower capacitor that was reading low. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I removed a Goodman Electric furnace and Goodman heat pump. I installed a Five Star Multi-Speed 2 Ton Electric Furnace / Fan and a Five Star 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system.
I completed a half install on AC unit. Replaced with Five Star 13 SEER, 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner - FSGSX13
