They were able to come out the same day I called. The repairman was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the issue. He explained the next steps and the following day we received a call that the part was in and we made an appointment for the part installation. Reasonable cost for the visit. Very pleased!
Jake is a fine, knowledgeable young man who is definitely an asset to your company.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.

Performed a diagnostic service call for a 12 year old AC unit. Found unit to be an old R 22 system recommended replacement due to last issues was lack of refrigerant coil was iced over couple days ago.
Customer complaint was a gas leak in piping going to electronic gas valve. Located leak with bubbles, removed piping, resealed the leaking joint and bubble tested for leaks again. Furnace no longer has a gas leak in the piping and is operating properly at this time. Furnace was left operable upon departure.
Completed full service tune-up and safety check. Found no issues with any components or the refrigerant charge. Unit was cleaned with disassembly. Unit had a completely lugged outdoor coil. This system to the best of my knowledge is good to go for this summer. Customer has been notified that the unit is past the typical life expectancy and that the unit doesn’t compare to todays units as far as efficiency goes. Customer was informed that if unit should need anything other than a small repair that it would be the time to replace it.
Upon arrival I completed the Scheduled Maintenance Agreement Tune-Up. I visually inspected the unit. I checked the voltage, amps and pressures. I completed the combustion analysis. I cycled and monitored the system. The system is operating normally at this time.
Performed a diagnostic service call for a 5 year old AC unit. Found system off due to blown fuse after homeowner wiring in new thermostat. Checked wiring and replaced fuse. System is operating properly at this time and was operating at my departure.
