I completed atune up on a Rheem air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival I completed the Tune-Up and Safety Check. I visually inspected the unit. I checked the voltage, amps and pressures. I completed combustion analysis. I cycled and monitored the system. The system is operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a Lennox A/C. On arrival I found one blown line voltage fuse 25A with compressor lagging on start and high starting amps. I provided options for repair/replacement as this is a 20 year old system. Homeowner just wanted repair today. I did provide replacement quote just in case. System is operating at this time.
