This has been such a pleasurable experience. Saturday night we came home to no heat. We called the number and they said they could have someone there by 4AM. We told them we were fine with someone just calling us back after 8AM. Company representative called us back just a couple minutes after 8. They gave us the option and pricing for service or replacement. They have us scheduled for 9AM Tuesday. Loved that there was an option for financing. So grateful to have found this responsive, customer serviced oriented business.
