I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman A/C. I inspected the unit and found board failure which is not sending power to blower. I jumped fan for continuous operation. Board is clicking and needs to be replaced. System is 21 years old so I provided options for either repair or replacing the system. Customer will think about this.
I completed a diagnostic on an A/C that is leaking. I inspected unit and found trap plugged. I took the drain apart and blew nitrogen through trap. I then put it back together. Cleaned condensate drain. I put a condensate gel tab in drain as well. If the issue persists we will be back out and repair pvc pipe.
I completed the spring tune up on an air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival for my return service call the lines were already cleared so I cut an elbow for better access to the condensate line. Everything is operating the way it should.
I completed a diagnostic on an A/C that isn't cooling. After inspecting the unit I found the system is overcharged on Freon. I recovered 1 lbs 410a and set pressures. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.

Found indoor unit was not operational. Confirmed the tank was open all the way on the shut off. Found the outdoor regulator was iced and melted ice on gas regulator. Unit inside began running.
I completed a job continuation to uninstall furnace for a washer and dryer to be installed and then reinstalled the furnace.
Found furnace locked out, flashing alternating slow, pressure switch trip. Upon departure I found the condensate trap clogged. I blew it out, cycled the power and the system is now heating, Propane furnace 18 years old, recommend regular maintenance and replacement is in its future. Lennox
