The installers, service tech, follow-up tech & the office personnel were all very customer-service oriented and knowledgeable. I appreciate the steps to ensure that my newly installed heating/ac system was installed and working properly.
Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found the inside fan would come on as well as outside fan. Compressor would not kick on. I checked capacitor readings. I checked to make sure system was getting proper voltage across contactor. I determined that the compressor had locked up. I went over replacement/repair/replace options with the customer. Customer awaiting GoodLeap approval. System not operational upon departure. Customer has no cool.
Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found the capacitor failed. I explained repair/ replace options. Customer opted to replace. Tech replaced part with customers permission for cool until install. The system is operational upon departure.
I completed a return service for an AC. I determined upon arrival that a plumber was needed as the leak was actually coming from the floor drain.
Tech arrived to unit not operational. Customer stated they were getting warm air blowing inside. Tech began diagnosis outside. Contactor pulled but unit not turning on. Tech checked capacitor and found at 5/40 and 0/5. Capacitor had failed. Informed customer and customer okayed replacement. New cap reading at 40.03/40 and 5/5. Unit began normal operation
