When the temperatures dropped recently, I realized our heat had stopped working. Pickerington H&C had been out earlier in the year for a furnace tune-up so I scheduled an appt online on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, a tech came and diagnosed a bad circuit board in the furnace. Later that afternoon, another tech came to install the board and get the heat working again. Family happy!
