performed a diagnostic service call for a 16 year old AC unit. Popped circuit breaker, could not duplicate fault, add 1 lb 410a. AC is operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival I completed the Scheduled Maintenance Agreement Tune-Up. I visually inspected the unit. I checked the voltage, amps and pressures. I completed the combustion analysis. I cycled and monitored the system. The system is operating normally at this time.
I performed a diagnostic on clients furnace that was not producing any heat in her home. Upon arrival found inducer assembly already removed by homeowner. The assembly definitely is bad. I recommended replacement of furnace due to it never being maintained and is in terrible condition. Also left estimate for inducer assembly. If assembly is replaced I recommend a thorough maintenance on the furnace to assure safety and operation of the furnace.
