I called in the evening, they had an appointment for us the next morning! Chris came out, and did trace back, looked at the whole HVAC system. Then told us what was wrong. He fixed it and was out the door in no time flat! And for an amazing price!!! Let me just say.... I have yet to meet someone from Pickerington H&C that isn’t amazing! They are always friendly, always in the know and are always clean! Plus their prices are fabulous!!!
This was a somewhat complex issue and your Tech was thorough and shared the results with in a very Clear manner .
The company personnel were very polite professional and obviously Well trained as the problem was quickly resolved .

Although the cost hurt, it was necessary. And the young man was quick and very nice.
I went out for a service call and found that the blower motor had failed. I ordered a new blower motor and we have scheduled the repair a couple days out.
I completed a repair on a Goodman A/C. I arrived to replaced the noisy blower motor. I pulled wheel and motor out. Cleaned blower wheel with water hose. Installed new motor to the wheel. System operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival I gave the customer an Estimate on a Full Install.
I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman A/C. I found g wire hooked up for outdoor unit when it should not be. I removed g wire and replaced fuse. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival I cut out the existing drain line and trap to allow for easier access to the blower compartment. Installed new drain line and trap. Checked over the noise of the unit and found the metal on the outdoor unit was not tight. Tightened cover on the outdoor unit, no other noise issues at this time.
I completed a service call upon arrival I found capacitor on outdoor unit was blown. Quoted replacement of capacitor.
