I had no heat so I called Chris at Pittsburgh's Best. I was familiar with Chris because the company I work for uses him. Chris and his staff are quick to respond, easy to talk to, and don't take advantage of people or situations. He was at my home that day and the problem was fixed immediately. He was professional, very reasonable with the price and there quickly so my schedule was not interrupted. I've called Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing again since then and will continue to call them when I have an issue. I know an issues I have will be dealt with promptly, professionally and won't break the bank. I even had my sister-in-law contact him to get a quote for some work they needed done! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or HVAC need!
