great service..though was wondering why as a customer, I must supply the air filter on the yearly maintenance. the tech offered to acquire one from supply but would gave to come back.. I can have a family member install. from talking to others who have service with other companies this seems to be part of the yearly maintenance? I do know that if I had one ready the tech would have easily installed but I was unsure of size needed at the time of my appointment.
