I have been with Point Bay Fuel since 1989. They have done all my heating and cooling most recently. I had to replace an old boiler with a new heat and hot water boiler as usual, Frank and Fran did an excellent job, Kevin Mitchell was very helpful with getting us in the right direction for a new unit. He seen the job all the way through and whenever I had a question, Kevin was there once again, I would like to say job well done to everyone involved.

He did not just clean my system and run out the door, he examined all components of my system, identified what should be just cleaned or replaced based on the age and condition of the components. Great service from Fran. Very knowledgeable and explains exactly what the problem is. He gave me sound advice on condensation also in a vaulted wall. In the future I will specifically ask for him if I have a heating/ac problem.

Mr. Macpherson called our emergency line over the weekend regarding no heat, Service tech Charlie quickly came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem for the customer - which was no power to the circulator from the aquastat relay, which service tech, Charlie was able to replace and get the unit up and running again.
