Point Bay is an excellent service provider. They have provided my oil and serviced our furnace since 2002. A few years ago I learned that they do AC servicing too. The first time they came in 2016 the tech discovered that we needed a new drain pipe. He said the pipe was about to overflow, was clogged and had too much refrigerant in unit. He did the repairs and the total cost was $123. Previous companies had done a less than thorough job. Point Bay's techs go up in my attic crawlspace to see the AC unit and that is not easy to reach. Highly recommend this excellent company.
