I called Powell and Turner to have my outdoor A/C unit examined for repair. I found them through online reviews of reputable companies in the area. They scheduled me with Wayne (the owner) on Wednesday 6/8 (they were so busy the owner was hands-on helping out his crews). The repair ended up being a new capacitor, and Wayne did a thorough inspection of my system and gave plenty of tips on how to extend life of the system without the slightest hint of pressure to buy any of their services. I learned a lot from Wayne and he'll be the first guy I'll call when I'm in need of a new A/C unit!
