Pros at Powell and Turner did an outsanding professional installation of a new Amana AC and Furnace combo in the basement. Required changes to the footprint of the old system - all performed in an expert professional manner. Pricing, expert installation and worksite cleanliness, and warranty / support are the best I have seen. Need a new system - this is the team to use.

From the initial assessment through the final walk thru the team was outstanding - they kept us informed, took great effort to protect carpets, furniture and the house, and were exceptionally efficient and professional. We were told that our entire system needed to be replaced by another company and we contacted Powell and Turner for an estimate on a new system. The representative of the company went above and beyond what was needed and double checked the system and told us we didn't even need a new system. He didn't try to sell us a whole system and fixed the issue on the spot and saved us thousands of dollars.

We have been with Powell & Turner for over seven years and have never had any negative experience with the management or mechanics that have installed or serviced our HVAC equipment. Today we had Barry Thompson and Tony Towns provide our 6 month service on all of our HVAC equipment, which includes 3 ductless heat/cool pumps, the furnace and AC unit, and the humidifier. They also cleaned or replaced all of the respective filters. Both of these guys are very professional and mindful of our home, ensuring they had shoe protectors on at all times. We encountered a few issues with our systems and Barry and Tony took went the extra mile and spent extra time to troubleshoot the problems and track down the cause and then explain to us what was going on in terms that we could understand. They then provided us with possible solutions. These two men are well informed, and well educated about the HVAC products we have in our home and their work ethics are to be commended. It was a pleasure to have these two friendly, trustworthy, courteous, and respectful Powell & Turner servicemen in our home. We look forward to continued Exceptional service from them. Its great doing business with Powell & Turner and look forward to continued exceptional service from Barry and Tony in the future.
