The day was a Code Orange, but installers and electricians arrived on time and worked the entire day without complaint and wirh amazing efficiency. All were so professional and very tidy. I am exceptionally pleased with the result. This is the second time I've used Powell & Turner and will do so again. Great overall customer service from start to finish!!

When the A/C went out my wife asked some friends on Facebook for recommendations, and Powell and Turner was one of the recommendations. They are close to Elkridge, MD, and have been in business for a long time, so I went with them. I called on a Saturday around 12, fully expecting that I would have to wait until Monday for the technical evaluation, and possibly longer for the fix. They came promptly before 3:30 the same day, and quickly found the issue (a broken capacitor). They had the part and tested that this was the issue. They explained the price schedule for the different classes of issues and got my permission for the fix. I did have to pay an evaluation fee for the system, but as a new customer it was discounted to $49. I went ahead and had my other zone evaluated as well for an additional $49.
