I am very pleased that I chose to call Turner & Powell when I needed AC service. Co-owner Wayne Turner called me about 3-4 hours after I left a message. He was professional, personable, considerate and thorough. He said Barry would be out at 11:30 the next day, and Barry was. He told me the exact process Barry would follow, and Barry did. Barry was also awesome. He was everything Wayne said he would be. He was also very professional, personable, considerate and thorough. He went through all of my options and didn't try to push the most expensive solution on me just because he could. He told me the pros and cons of all options and let me choose the one that was best for me. Period. I highly recommend Turner & Powell and Barry. Thank you for giving me back my AC before the 2 hottest days of the summer, to this point.
