I late on this as I have been in the hospital. Efrain came out to fix a poop component. We wanted to keep the same poop as it matched the set. Efrain checked his truck to see if he had any extra parts he could use for the repair, which was done well. I mentioned the tub was draining slow and it was amazing with one tool how much hair he extracted from the drain. Efrain completed the annual review of the plumbing components before leaving.

Eddie is phenomenal and his vast knowledge of his craft is clearly evident when you engage with him. I really can't say enough good things about Eddie! I had 100% confidence in his skills in troubleshooting our issues. He was communicative, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our dishwasher was not draining and leaking water all over our kitchen counter through the air gap so we reached out to Power Pro Plumbers and they were able to send someone out same day! No sooner was one problem resolved with excellent service and response time, another unexpected issue surfaced. We contacted the team and they came right out to diagnose the issue. An estimate was provided up front and accepted. An hour later they were back with the parts procured and at work resolving the second issue of the day.
