Found the Blower Motor run capacitor weak. The indoor air filter was the incorrect size and the system was slightly under charge. Had to charge system with 2lbs. of R-22 refrigerant.
Trane evaporator coil leaking refrigerant. Coil was ordered from Trane factory and delivered to the local Trane DSO. Installed the new evaporator coil under Trane factory part warranty. Charge system with the required amount of 410 - A refrigerant.
Customer states the blower motor is not working. Found the indoor blower motor on a Tappan airhandler operating but running very slowly and becoming extremely hot. Found the indoor blower motor to be bad. Replaced the motor with a new 1/3 horsepower motor.
Lennox split system heat pump. Shorted transformer. Weak blower capacitor.
Installed a new 2 ton heat pump split system for the main level.
Furnace with no heat. Found a bad inducer draft motor. Replaced the bad motor and the pressure switches.
Replaced a loud running blower motor. Cleaned a heavily compacted blower wheel.
Noise from blower wheel in a 4 ton Rheem air handler. Found weld joints broken on blower wheel. Check condition and microfarad rating on blower run capacitor and used the mighty pump to ensure a flowing condensation drain.
No cooling and the system is frozen over. Found a run capacitor weak and after allowing system to thaw with indoor blower motor we then notice the system was slightly undercharged.
Customer stated they have no air conditioning on their heat pump system. Found a bad ECM motor. Replaced blower motor and blower wheel. Replaced wall thermostat at customer request.
ECM blower motor is not operating and is severely rusted. Replaced blower motor and replaced rusted blower wheel. Found wall thermostat not operating. Replaced wall thermostat.
No A/C service call. Outdoor unit will not come on. Replaced a bad thermostat. Found the dual capacitor for the compressor and condenser an motor weak. Found the run capacitor for the indoor blower weak.
No A/C air conditioning. Customer states they cannot feel air flow thru air conditioning vents. Indoor air quality filter was very dirty. Caused a frozen heat pump air conditioning condenser to freeze over. Check refrigerant pressure and found it needed some refrigerant.
