I watched the technician troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the problem that was preventing operation. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. At my request, he then addressed two other issues I had (opaque site glass and clogged ball valve at the bottom of the boiler for draining sediment). Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of the service.
