Ron has always been the star tech staff at PFO. He is a great problem solver. We had a tricky communication fault issue to be resolved. He identified the problem accurately and executed a solution either ease. Our problem is now solved!

Our furnace had a small oil drip. Ron arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had a new coil type hose with him and replaced the part. Ron ran the furnace a few times after the job was complete to ensure the leak issue was resolved. Ron is personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Heat broke on a warm day so it was off. Turned it on to find out a part was broken. Ron came and diagnosed the issues quickly, went to get the part for us to ensure the house was back to being heated same day. Couldn’t ask for a better service call!

no AC 1-year-old VNA DC inverter Style AC carrier, AJ Perry install won't come back for a week. they have 10 year warranty on this equipment and it's not even one year old told him to call them back, has bad electrical disconnect box no voltage to the outdoor unit
