We discovered on a Sunday that we had no heat. PFO was at our house within a few hours and the technician fixed the problem quickly.

The technicians were personable and highly competent. We were told by another company last year that our entire two-zone air conditioning system needed to be replaced. The PFO technicians serviced our system and said it was in good condition. This company is honest and we will continue to use them in the future.
