Ron T. was an excellent repair technician when I was having trouble with my furnace recently. He was able to troubleshoot a rather arcane problem and fix it and I have not had any problems since. He’s also very helpful, as he gave me some advice on how to keep my HVAC system running smoothly. I am very impressed with him and PFO in general.

He was fast and efficient. The thing I loved the best was his concern about my malfunctioning thermostat. He took the time to call the office and asked if you still replace thermostats with the service contracts. I have had a service contract for years and love my new thermostat.
