Ron is hands down the best! He was at our home today, after hours, to remedy what his coworker clearly didn’t service to correct/acceptable readings just a couple hours prior!! Ron took the time to explain what he did, as well as filling out the service slip so I could refer to it at any time, and know what work was done. I appreciated his “extra mile” approach.

The Service Man knew what he was doing and did the repair with efficiency. When he completed the repair he explained to me what caused the oil burner to stop running. He was very pleasant. A customer could not ask for anything better than that.

Kenny quickly studies and accurately diagnoses problems. He is easy to have in my house; he is not only professional, he is kind. He works hard, and problem solved today that my condensate pump needed replacing, something I did not have any thought about. He worked on a heat pump and oil furnace. Kenny is very qualified.
