My service technician came to perform the routine scheduled maintenance on our gas furnace. However, he discovered a leak around a bleeder valve on a radiator that we just had refurbished. He drained the system enough to re-seat the valve properly which fixed the leak. The plumber which we hired to install the radiator obviously did not properly seat the valve. The PFO technician did not charge us for his time or materials for a task which was not of his making. That's great customer service.
