Arrived to perform a no cool upon arrival Tenant explained system had cooled today but the past two days it was not cooling or even blowing checked refrigerant levels they were high side was a little high due to condenser coils being very dirty and clogged also found evaporation coil was very clogged with dirt/Hair/Dryer sheets/Dust which was more than likely causing system to freeze the past two days Tenant explained they got new filter as well a washable one also found door above blower all insulation had fallen off door taped and sealed old insulation back to door so it could not cause any future air flow issues all of these were factors to it freezing up causing system to not cool addressed and cleaned all coils and system throughly cooling properly upon my departure will bill per Mason
Arrived today for poor cooling. Found cross over duct came off because it was full of water. Did the air conditioning repair and ac is now working well.
Arrived today for no cooling on new system we just installed. Found the system tripped on internal overload. Checked Freon amps capacitor. Found 5 supply vents closed in home opened vents. Explained to customer she has to keep vents open. Everything is working properly at this time.
Remove existing system Furnish and install new 14 seer Trane heat pump 90% furnace Evaporator coil 824 thermostat
Replace heat pump and furnace
Plumbing repair for a residential customer. Well tank repair. Well tank pressure switch malfunction. Replaced pressure switch for the well tank. The system is now repaired.
Heating repair. Found an issue with the indoor blower motor/module on the Lennox air handler. The motor was rocking back and forth and would not start. Determined that the module is failing. New motor installed. The unit is operating as per the manufacturer's specifications.
Electrical Repair. Residential client breaker box keeps tripping. Technician sent to diagnose and repair. Heavy electrical use causing the issue. Blown fuse replaced. Breaker reset. The problem has been resolved. Customer happy on departure.
