Arrived today for poor cooling on upstairs system. Found outside coil stopped up and low on refrigerant. Gave customer options. Consultation fee. Clean the outdoor unit and add refrigerant.

Came out in Matt gas line locator to locate a gas line for us. He was about 4 to 5 foot off of where he marked the first time and said it is about 4 to 5 foot deep. I told Nick that we could get a crew out here to start digging, but he said that he wants to talk with the other guy and let him know what all is going on before we go any further.
