Install homeowner supplied trim kit Assemble and install toilet
Unstop women’s toilet, and also unstopped the men’s urinal. Men’s urinal is working great now the women’s toilet flush valve system needs to be completely replaced so that way it will start working properly again.

Adjusted toilet fill valve customer installed new fill valve back in December and just came loose. Nothing is leaking anymore and everything is good to go
Sent over estimate for water leak
Arrived today for inspection on system. Bryant 2015 3 ton heat pump gas furnace backup heat. Found control board and blower motor needs replaced and system needs cleaned. Also LP tank is missing. Customer needs LP Company to come install new tank. Gave customer options. Inspection heat and air

Gave estimate to add two extra sets of field lines in. Customer is going to get French drains installed first and then call us to do the field lines if different strains do not fix the water problem.

Arrived today for poor cooling in back of building. Checked system everything is working properly at this time. Explained to customer they need to keep doors closed in mechanical room and water heater room to keep from pulling heat air back into the area. This is making the air conditioner work extremely hard. Also customer stated the thermostat is stuck so you cannot change settings on the thermostat. It looks like the building used to have 7 systems on it. But there’s only 3 this could also be a problem.
Pumped 1500 gal. Septic tank @75 cent a gallon. Hydro jetted outlet line to field lines No water is coming back from field lines so if they have any more issues backing up then we need to come back and repair/replace field lines
Diagnostic on light and plug
Arrived today for no cooling on system we installed last year. Membership on 3 systems. Drain line wasn’t installed correctly. Reinstall drain line and remove water from pan. THIS IS A CALL BACK ON INSTALLATION.
