Minor water heater repair
Work Order#27706 Installed new grinder pump and holding tank. Also installed new check valve with new shut off so that way if it ever has to be uninstalled, there’s a union on the check valve where it can be unthreaded and pulled out. Also tied a rope to it so that way you’re not pulling on any wires or pipe. You can use the rope to pull out the pump. Everything is good and pumping how it is supposed to be. There are no leaks on any sewer line. Pulled old pump out and took it off with us off with .
Arrived today for no cooling. Customer has thermostat set on 68 and it’s 69 in home can’t make system work any better.
Sold estimate to rebuild shower valve. The leak is not leaking hardly at all. Katie wants to wait until we can find the meter so that way we don’t load out the apartment whenever we go to swap out the cartridges. Also, the tenant is moving out on Thursday, and whenever tenant moves out in Alabaster shut the water off to the apartment. If the leak gets worse, then we will be out here on Wednesday for another job and we can swing over here and locate where the meter is and shut it off to replace the cartridges.
We will need to collect a service fee for coming out today and looking at the pump to see what was going on with it. We will need to get our pump truck out here to pump out the manhole so that way we will be able to tell what kind of pump it is. Also, we will need to replace the panel that is wired as well because of how bad that it is rusted.
Estimate to add in another section of chambers with crossovers. The field lines on the trailer are flooded out. If we do this, we will need to get 811 out here to mark everything since it is in the front yard. We only have about 1015 foot to work with. After this is done and then it will resolve the issue.

Arrived today for noise. Found batteries needed replaced. Replaced batteries customer supplied. Because batteries were weak, caused it to burn the contactor on the outdoor unit. 2 ton 2023 Goodman system. Replace contactor on outdoor unit. Everything is working properly at this time.
