Arrived today for repair and service system. Replaced blower motor and wheel. Replaced contactor 10 mfd capacitor and 45+5 capacitor. Cleaned system. Checked amps on motors Freon. Explained to System is 14 years old and could have more problems but everything is working properly at this time.
Arrived today for no cooling on 2011 2.5 ton Goodman heat pump package unit. Found blower motor is burnt 40+5 capacitor is weak and contactor needs replaced. Explained to customer system is 14 years old and she could have more problems with system. Gave customer options. She wants to talk it over with her family and get back with us.
Replace water service with new class a-pex water service. Removed existing water service to house found multiple spot repairs in water service, service was two feet deep installed new water service leak checked new water service no leaks on new service on departure 2 Year warranty
Arrived today for no cooling. Repaired thermostat wire going to equipment it was keeping the system in heat mode. Checked system everything is working properly at this time.

I arrived at the customer's house and inspected the air conditioner. I found that the air filter was dirty and restricting the airflow, causing the evaporator coil to freeze. I replaced the air filter and thawed the evaporator coil. I then checked the air conditioner's refrigerant levels and found that they were low. I topped up the refrigerant and tested the air conditioner, confirming that it was now cooling efficiently and no longer freezing up.

HVAC Installation near 22nd Ave NE. I went to a residence to install a new Honeywell Humidifier System to help with moisture removal. I installed the new system and tested its functionality. The client was overjoyed with the outcome.
Leak Repair near 4th St NE. Residential plumbing repair service. A slow-dripping leak in the showerhead was discovered upon arrival, resulting in a loss of water and money for the homeowner. I was able to stop the leak by inserting a sealant into the fittings.
