Estimate to do a Gas pressure test on the house Installed new vent pipe in Addis now there are no rust spots on the vent pipe. Also repaired gas line where it was leaking into the crawlspace. Everything is good to go in. The gas line is holding pressure.
This is a house making up arc spark on gas line, because doesn’t have any ground system protecting or recommendation is House needs an upgrade service I talked with Miss Suzy , and she’s going to talk with her boss about it. I’ll send multiple options on how to fix the problem on this house, she’s gonna call us back with a decision
Found gas leak on house and also found vent pipe completely disconnected. We will need to be back out Monday to do all repairs. The vent is 4” double wall. Also there is power on the gas line so our electrician will need to come out and get it fixed. Collected half payment today and will collect the rest Monday when the everything is done.

3 inch flapper was leaking by just a little bit. Replaced flapper in there and no more leaks on the toilet. If this does not stop the problem, then the next option would be replacing the toilet.
