Arrived today for poor cooling. 2015 Heil gas package unit. Found evaporator Coil stopped up. Outside coil stopped up. Found ice on coil. Explained to customer can’t check Freon charge until we clean system first. After cleaning system found TXV Needs replaced and ductwork is to small Severe cleaning on system. Need to call customer in the morning on parts.
Install 18” of risers and seal to tank
Came out and install Rogers on the septic tank. Also replaced delta cartridge and seats and springs on shower. After that pulled out old caulk on shower trim and recaulked shower. Everything is good to go now customer needs to let the caulk dry approximately 24 hours before they can use it again.
Came out to drain water heaters from maintenance plan. Water heaters are now drained and the power and gas is back on to them. And the water heaters are heating properly. Sent over estimates and got approval for rebuilding shower and removing all of the caulk/silicone out of the other shower, and putting more caulk/ silicone down. customer wants us to come out this Friday to install risers and do the rest of the work.
