I was called to a home to repair an electrical issue. The breaker panel was old and needed to be replaced. I removed the old panel and installed a new one, making sure everything was connected properly.
Went out to look at field line issue. Area is dry and customer,er wants to hold off on repair for now

Arrived today for tuneup on 2020 4 ton Carrier gas and air conditioning system. Gas is located in attic. Cleaned outdoor unit. Checked Freon amps on compressor and motors. Checked filters. Mention to the customer they need to get new filters 2=20x20x1. Everything is working properly at this time.
Arrived today for tuneup on 2003 2.5 ton Goodman heat pump handler in located in attic. Found indoor coil leaking Freon. This is a R22 system the coil is discontinued and is no longer available. Also compressor is very noisy. Explained to customer system is 22 years old. Gave her band-Aid auction. But highly recommended upgrading system due to age of equipment. Customer wants new system installed 4/23/25 told customer between 9and 10 arrival time. Financed job with Good leap. New return box new drain pan and new 20x20x1 bar grill with system. Scheduled with Mason.

28” wide 58” long I poured the shower handle and face plate off to see if anything was leaking from behind the wall and running down into the floor. There is nothing leaking anywhere and I could not find any water on the shower valve. It was completely dry. So I took multiple pictures and took a measurement of the shower because the shower this way retiled in a new pan installed as well. We will also need to redo the drain as well because there’s no face plate for the drain at all. There’s just a hole in the shower with the piece of PVC below it. The dimensions of the shower are up above.
