Unstopped Toilet and showers from roof. Everything is flowing now. All of the cast-iron pipes that are in the crawlspace and need to be upgraded to PVC. If this does not happen, it will continue to have this problem.
Unstop, two toilets and two showers had to get on the roof with the sewer machine and the jetter to unstop it. The jetter unstopped the two toilets in the sewer machine unstopped the two showers.

Sync, my cleaning out P-trap. I’m stopped toilet with toilet auger and also I’m stopped. The other toilet with the toilet auger is well one of the toilets will flush once and then back up again and then flush again. It’s like it doesn’t have enough flushing power to it. So we will need to get it replaced and if the line needs to be cabled whenever we replace it, then we will cable it as well.
Arrived today for no cooling. 7.5 ton Trane gas package unit found RTRM control board needs replaced. Bypass today to get unit back working. Replace RTRM Control board on gas package unit for front office. Ordered part from air engineers. Need to schedule with office to go back and repair.
