Finished plumbing inspection on customers house. Everything is good to go on his plumbing inspection. I did find a leak on a pop-up assembly and I gave the customer estimates to fix it and he denied it and wanted to wait till in the future. Also replaced some pump that was installed two months ago because it had already burned up.

Arrived today for tuneup on air conditioning system. 2011 3.5 ton Rheem a/c and indoor coil. Furnace is 2007 Nordyne gas located in crawl space. Cleaned outdoor unit and drain pump. Found inducer draft motor making noise blower assembly needs pulled cleaning and 10mfd capacitor needs replaced. Furnace is 18 years old heat exchangers are rusted and have hotspots on them air conditioning is 14 years old. Gave customer options. But explained to customer could have problems in the future with it due to age of equipment.

Air Conditioning Replacement Service near Nytol Cir. The outmoded air conditioning system of a residential house was removed and disposed of. To assist the happy client in saving money on energy and maintenance, we put a new Lennox air conditioning system in the home.
Toilet Replacement near Goldmar Dr. A residential customer called to have the toilets in their master and guest bathrooms replaced. When I arrived, I removed the current toilets from the bathrooms. Two new toilets with bidets were installed in the house. The customer was happy with the enhancement.
Plumbing Repair near Danton Ln. A clogged kitchen sink caused a residential customer to contact us for repairs. Arrived and plunged out the clogged side of the double sink to remove the obstruction from the pipes.
Heating Repair near 3rd Ave S. A client called with a heater that had become inoperable, so we arrived at the residence to evaluate the issues with the heating system. Discovered that the heat pump in the unit needed to be replaced. To get the system back to perfect working order, a new heat pump was put in the unit.
HVAC Repair near Hagbush Rd. A residential customer required our help to resolve some issues with their HVAC system, so they phoned us. A thorough inspection revealed that the system's condenser coil needed to be replaced. The condenser coil was changed in order to fix the homeowner's HVAC system.
Plumbing Repair near Valley Dr. We were contacted by a residential customer with a leak in the garage. Dispatched a technician to diagnose and resolve the issues for the homeowner. The walls and floors in the garage were wet. The leak has been active for several days. The water was shut off. Damaged drywall removed. The technician located a leak behind the wall in the garage. System drained. The damaged pipe was removed. A new pipe was installed. The leak is now repaired for the customer.
