Diagnostic on light and plug
Arrived today for water leak from indoor air handler. Someone didn’t glue PVC fittings or install safety switches to keep ceiling from getting water. 3 ton Goodman air handler located in attic. 1991 2.5 ton Trane heat pump. This system is 34 years old. Install 2 safety switches for drain line and pan clean drain line and trap and glue fittings. Found indoor coil is very dirty too. System is very old and something could break again tomorrow but it working at this time.
Brought machine out to dig up tank. Pumped 1,250gal. @75 cent a gallon
Sent estimate over to replace two faucets in men’s bathroom.

Estimate to unstop sink and tub Unstop the bathtub and bathroom sink poured back a ton of hair. Not under warranty.
Run cable to unstop sewer line
Estimate to unstop sewer with the sewer machine. After this is done, everything will be flown great I unstop the sewer with the sewer machine. Everything is now flushing great I pulled back baby wipes out of the sewer, which was causing it to back up.
Estimate toreplace half inch shark bite ball valve with a half inch crimp ball valve. After this is done, there will be no more leaking. Installed new hose bib and shut off for other hose bib
Gave estimate to rebuild or replace things leaking just collected service charge.
