Arrived today for no cooling on 2021 2.5 ton Goodman heat pump system. Replace 5 amp fuse. Found capacitor on outdoor unit needs replaced. Don’t know what cause the fuse the blow. This is rental property she isn’t the owner but she is paying for repairs. Replace 5 amp fuse and capacitor on outdoor unit
Estimate to cut open access and sheet rock and repair the leak. After the leak is repaired from waterline busted, everything will be good to go. Repaired leak on water line from where it busted. Everything is good to go and nothing leaking.
Diagnostic on toilet to see why it’s shaking Installed new wax ring with bolts on toilet. Everything is sealed off and stable. Toilet is no longer rocking. Toilet is flushing great.

We install a generator 50 amps secured plug with 45 amps circuit to the panel we tested everything worked perfectly, One year warranty We make a hole on wall we are sending Alex to fix it
Estimate to unstop sewer line with sewer machine from clean out in backyard. If this does not get it we will need to bring out jetter out to unstop it with our jetter Unstop sewer with sewer machine from clean out everything is good to go and flowing great.
Estimate to hook up waterlines to customer sink. That is all that I will be doing. The customer is going to hook the drain up. Customer already has stops on the bathroom sink and ball valves so all I will be doing this time those in pex. Hooked up, waterlines installed pex pipe to stops, and other shut off to make sure the customer will have water to his sink now.
