Arrived today for no cooling on 2 systems. Disconnect smoke detectors on both systems to get units working again. Talk to Sam about problem. They will call the smoke detector company that installed them.

Estimate to run camera to try and figure out what is going on. Ring camera down sewer line in garage. Found a couple soft clogs. So the customer wanted me to go ahead and run my snake so I want to head and ran snake down the pipe and cleared out all the soft clogs. The septic tank still does need to be pumped. We will be coming out next week to pump the septic tank. After the septic tank is pumped, then there will be no more problems with gurgling when they run water. But for now they should be able to get by for a couple of days.
