We check everything inside of the house panel plugs and lights multiple outlets without ground, we found breaker panel is not wire correctly, somebody cut ground wire and connected neutral to a piece copper ground wire , inside panel needs to be separated neutral and grounds we sent estimate to replace wires problems Posible main panel is over loaded and house requires new electrical service upgrade to 400 amps

Came out to do plumbing inspection on customers house. Everything looked good. The only thing that I pointed out was there. It was a little bit of corrosion on top of the water heater. So I told the customer that just to keep an eye on it with it being a really old water heater that when it starts leaking to let us know and will come out and get it changed out for her. Customer also said that she’s going to call back in with the forms of her daughter to show the income to try to get started on the big silver job.
