Came out because customer called in saying they had a leak. I turned the meter on in the crawlspace and did not see a leak anywhere. I came back up to the meter and the meter is not spinning at all so there is no leak on the house the customer will need to call the water company and get reimbursed for their money.

We will need to run a snake down the laundry drain to make sure there is no build up in line. Sold membership Fixed toilet to where it is not rocking anymore. Also ran snake down laundry to get rid of smell.

I was called to repair an HVAC system for heating in Woodstock, AL. The system, a Trane XR95, was not producing heat due to a faulty igniter. I replaced the igniter with a new Trane OEM part and also inspected the heat exchanger for cracks. After replacing the part, I tested the system, ensuring it was running efficiently and heating the home properly. The furnace is now back in good working condition just in time for the colder weather.
