Arrived to perform a water condensation issue found it was just water sweating off suction line adjusted armorflex to catch water operations properly upon departure

checked out 2 systems on house found one system out of refrigerant and found the other system low on charge. quoted replacement on both systems customer opted to move forward with runtru by trane ac and furnace. one system is 2ton with gas furnace the other is 2.5ton with gas furnace.

Arrived today for poor cooling on 2018 3 ton Carrier heat pump package unit. Cleaned coils checked filters Freon capacitor amps on motors. Everything is working properly at this time. I did find power ventilation motors need to be replaced or either upgraded. Also, with port airflow problem on upstairs. Only way to fix this problem is installing additional unit and ductwork and downsize the pack unit for downstairs. House should’ve had two systems installed on the home to work correctly. Arrived today for estimate to replace heating and air system. Customer told me No they are going with another company that was $2800 cheaper than us. We give customer estimate of $9494. So the another company is installing system for $6500.

Came out because customer called in saying they had a leak. I turned the meter on in the crawlspace and did not see a leak anywhere. I came back up to the meter and the meter is not spinning at all so there is no leak on the house the customer will need to call the water company and get reimbursed for their money.
