We had no heat, it was Saturday and cold winter day. I needed emergency services do to the furnace not working (we still have kids in house) Nick was called and arrived way before the time that was given. Nick was able to identify the problem and had us heat within a 15 minute time period. If it wasn’t for Quality Air’s technician (Nick) we were going to have to get a hotel room for a family of 8 for 3-4 days. I can’t thank Nick and his company Quality Air enough for getting our heat back on in a timely manner. I am going to recommend Quality Air to all my friends and family as we will be using them going forward for all of our heating and air conditioning needs!!!!! Thank you

I trusted each one of their recommendations and their work. I was without heat and their speedy turnaround time has me now with a new furnace and a warm house. Thanks to all.
Called in the morning because of a compressor failure. The stopped by in the early afternoon and had things working in a matter of minutes. Glad I had them come out.
I can’t say enough or express how amazing the service is. Nick (QA employee) is truly an asset to society. He is courteous, professional, and above all, knows HVAC inside and out. He answered all my calls (After hours) and when it was determined that parts would be needed, he step by step walked me through getting my A/C in limp mode to keep my family comfortable. He then arrived at my house first thing the next morning with part in hand. The air conditioner is fixed and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
