The technicians at quality degree noticed at our annual cleaning a defect in our older oil tank. They were prompt with an estimate and schedule to service. After our expansion tank suddenly burst on a Saturday night, spewing water all over the basement, Jake called me right back on FaceTime so he could actually see the problem and pipes involved and tell me how to stop the flow of water right away. Good thinking! That saved a lot of time and water and damage! When he arrived, he replaced the tank, checked the system, and recommended wifi water leak monitors in case there's a "next time" and we're not at home.

Arrived on no heat call. Found out that oil level in tank was to low. Did full cleaning of boiler and changed oil filter, pump screen and burner nozzle. When oil got delivered, did start up and final calibration. System up and running.
Popping noise in ductwork add support and replace kinked humidifier drain line.
