Checked in at the client’s location to investigate an issue with the air conditioning unit not cooling properly. Found that the evaporator coil was frozen due to restricted airflow caused by a dirty filter. Replaced the air filter, thawed the coil, and restarted the system to confirm proper cooling. The unit is now functioning correctly, and the client was advised to replace filters regularly to maintain performance.
