I called on a Sunday, planning to leave a message. They called me back and asked what was wrong. I explained the problem and they came out Monday and fixed the condenser that same day. Their prices are reasonable. Great service.
Overall a great experience. The response time to our issue was awesome. I felt as though the techs that came out were extremely knowledgeable and fair. I appreciated the communication and professionalism of everyone involved from beginning to end.

Thermostat is hard wired (no batteries ). climbed up into the master bed closet attic access. removed and cleaned burners, cleaned off flame sensor electrode. Inspected the hot surface igniter . test the blower motor 5mfd run capacitor . regulated natural gas pressures to 3.34 in w.c. pulled temp rise 45° 75° return / 120 supply . pulled amp draws on all mechanical components . The Lennox 97% Furnace is operating at factory recommended specifications Job Complete

Cleaned off the burner Cleaned off the flame sensor electrode Cleaned off spark igniter Checked the heat exchanger ( no cracks ) Test both 40/7.5 & 15 mfd run caps ( both are in Range ) Pulled amp draws on both blower & inducer motors Temperature rise is 35°, factory recommendation is 25°-55 ° Outlet gas pressure is 3.3 in w.c. The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications Job Complete
