Checked in with Customer . Located the hall closet furnace. During diagnostic testing found HSI @ 45° angle causing delayed combustion tripping rollout switch. Inspected heat exchanger to ensure no leaks. Cleaned off flame sensor electrode. Tighten down the HSI in its correct position . Checked controls and safety switches . Inspected inducer Motor . Pulled amp draws on all mechanical devices. Pulled temperature split differentials. 74 RA / 115 SA = 39° TR. The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications at this time. Shawlene approved 5 Star Maintenance Agreement .

checked in with Beverly inspected the return filter ( very clean ) set up my telescopic ladder set up my equipment up at the Fuernace tested the 15 mfd run capacitor at the blower checked inlet gas pressures 7.75inw.c. checked outlet gas pressure 3.4 inw.c. pulled amp draws on all mechanical components Temp Rise actual is 40° F inspected HSI ( Hot Surface Igniter) The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications at this time.

replaced 25x25x1 filter . set up my ladder and equipment. checked the the 3 mfd inducer run capacitor cleaned off flame sensor/ spark electrode inspected bulkhead and heat exchanger checked inlet gas pressures 7.78 inw.c. regulated outlet gas pressure to 3.30 inw.c. Temp rise is 40-70°F Actual TR is 110° supply / 70° return = 40°F pulled amp draws on all mechanical components The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications at this time

Upon arrival I checked in with Customers. I set up my ladder and equipment. Climbed up to the unit and started the PM . I removed and cleaned burners (5). I cleaned off flame sensor electrode. I cleaned off spark igniter. I inspected bulkhead and heat exchanger . I tested the 2mfd inducer run capacitor. I regulated gas pressures . I pulled amp draws on all mechanical components. I pulled temperature rise 45° . I cleared out condensate drain . ** I spoke to David regarding the 60 Amp (Non -Fused ) Disconnect . It Should be replaced prior to next Spring Service ( Pictures taken) . Quoted Customer

I checked in with the Miller's. Mrs. Miller requested I leave the 20x25x1 pleated filter with her ( She'll change it ). I set up my ladder and equipment. I cleaned out the control cabinet . I blew out ( mini leaf blower ) the control cabinet . I cleaned off flame sensor electrode. I inspected the Hot Surface igniter. I inspected the bulkhead and heat exchanger. I removed and cleaned burners. I tested all safety switches and controls . I tested the 55/5 mfd dual run cap .( 53.6/ 5.1) Temp rise is recommended between 35°-55° my actual is 74° return 120° Supply = 46° . I pulled amp draws on all mechanical components. I regulated gas pressures from 3.74- 3.25inw.c. The unit is operating at factory recommended specifications at this time.
