Washed both condenser coils out Checked evaporator coils for leaks on both units Verified blower and condenser fan motor operation on both units Checked voltage on both units 246.3 high, 28.3/28.1 low Checked control boards and wiring on both units Checked capacitors and contactors on both units Both RTU#1 & RTU#2 tested in cooling, good split temps 75/ 51'F both good Cleaned top, sides and ductwork on roof PM complete
